Once again they have done amazing work. I called with what I thought was a semi emergency and they had me scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours. I’m amazed they are able to do so much with a mean cat like mine. Thanks to everyone there for being so professional and understanding!! Thank you so much!!!

I never have trouble getting an appointment when my dog is sick! We’ve seen both Dr.Reyes and Dr. Parsons and they are both amazing! The vet techs are kind and professional. The receptionists are always kind and helpful!

We have been to this vet several times. Sadie was difficult and barked and struggled to be weighed even after having been given anxiety meds. The employees worked with Sadie and got her to comply. They are always compassionate and welcoming. They sincerely love your pet. The prices are not too high either; our vet in Concord was more expensive. We have been pleased with this vet and would recommend them to anyone with difficult or compliant pets. They are great with them all!

Truly wonderful experience with my elderly dog, Daisy! Dr. Andrew and Taylor were so kind and able to determine the source of what was causing Daisy’s discomfort. The meds Dr. Andrew prescribed worked within 24 hours. A complete blessing!

I can’t think of a thing that could’ve been done differently. Everyone is kind and helpful and just absolutely loves my lil Arti. So I know he will be taken care of whether I’m there or not. I have no complaints or concerns. Everyone there loves their job, and it shows.

1yr later…..everything is still the same as I said it was. They absolutely love my Arti. They sit and answer my questions and concerns, and never once did I feel rushed to move it along. I felt as though she had all the time in the world. And not once did she act like she needed to go or stand up to leave. I love this place and will take all my animals here from now on. Thank you, North Elm Animal Hospital, and most importantly, thank you, Dr. Lemyre.

Arti went in to have his mani pedi. I called this morning, and they had him in this afternoon. We walked in and they took him straight back and in less time it took me to pay and get his refills of heart worm meds he was done. He looks and feels so much better. There’s nothing I can say that I haven’t above. Love North Elm Animal Hospital!

Ok, here we are another year, another review, and I can not emphasize how much I love this place and these doctors. Especially his doctor, Dr. Lemyre. My lil one is scared of most things, but they were patient and took their time until he was ready and ok to get is blood drawn and take his nasal meds. I am sure they’re the same way with all animals, not just my lil one. So if looking for a great vet N. Elm Animal Hospital is top notch 👌

I cannot say enough positive things about everyone at North Elm ! They truly care about our fur babies and go out of their way to take good care of them. Hannah is an amazing groomer and did a wonderful job with my Foxy. She truly cared about making her feel at ease. Dr Andrew is my favorite vet. She helped me to understand the process to get her sprayed and did a fantastic job. She also gave her an amazing check up. I love her attitude and concern for us and our pets. I have truly found my vet home. Thanks everyone for your kindness to always address my concerns.😁

We foster for Triangle Beagle Rescue and had such a good experience at North Elm with our fosters that we decided to bring our own dog for primary vet care. Every time we visit everyone is so kind and helpful, from scheduling to the day of the appointment. Each appointment is thorough and the vets and staff take the time to listen and answer questions, along with clearly explaining anything we need to know. We highly recommend North Elm to anyone looking for excellent vet care!

North Elm always does a great job taking care of my babies, Dr Lemyre is incredibly talented & performed an impressive surgery on my largest dog. We will definitely be sticking with her for the foreseeable future for any routine checkups or emergency visits.

I really love this vet, and Dr. Andrew and her staff are wonderful! They are attentive, knowledgeable, and have excellent demeanors. My dog had a dew claw injury treated there as well as a dental with several extractions, and everyone has always been helpful and kind at each visit. Can’t say enough good things!

Always feel like vets care and my girl gets excellent care. She was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Dr. Lemyre was great. Got my pup an appt with specialist surgeon. Surgery was successful and she is very likely cancer free.

Crystal at the front desk who checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. The two techs who came in for Stormy’s initial interview were also very professional and patient. The vet was wonderful and made great recommendations for our pug, and I’m hopeful he will get his mojo back soon! Thanks to everyone who helped us at our first visit!

Everyone is so kind and genuinely concerned about our fur babies! I haven’t met any staff or drs that I don’t absolutely love! They address any concerns you may have and go above and beyond to make certain your fur baby has what it needs! More importantly, my Mena loves them too which will hopefully make vet visits a lot easier and even more enjoyable in the future ☺️! I came to North Elm when my regular vet was booked up. They were able to work me in the same day. Dr. Reyes was very thorough and knowledgeable. She treated my sick cat with care and compassion and answered all of my questions. I will definitely continue to bring all of our fur babies to this practice!

Update: I visited North Elm with my dog for her annual exam and vaccines today. I continue to be extremely satisfied with the doctors and staff here. Dr. Andrew is great!
